Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons Greek yogurt
- 2 ounces Salemville® blue cheese, smoked or regular
- 14 dates pitted
- 1/8 c. chopped pistachios
Directions
- In a small bowl, mix the Greek yogurt and Salemville® blue cheese. Slice one side of each date in half lengthwise. Cut the corner off a plastic bag and fill with the blue cheese mixture. Pipe the mixture into the dates. Sprinkle with chopped pistachios immediately before serving.
