Ingredients
Cilantro Lime Hot Honey Chicken Skewers
- 1/2 cup cilantro lime hot sauce
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon avocado oil
- 1/2 teaspoon each kosher salt, ground black pepper, smoked paprika, and garlic powder
- 1 pound boneless skinless chicken thighs, cut into 1 -inch piece
Creamy Blue Cheese Dip
- 1/4 cup sour cream or plain yogurt
- 1/4 cup Salemville® Blue Cheese Crumbles
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon buttermilk
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt + pinch of cayenne
- Optional: 1 tablespoon fresh chopped chives
Directions
Cilantro Lime Hot Honey Chicken Skewers
- Add the hot sauce, honey, avocado oil, and spices to a large bowl.
- Stir to combine, making sure that the honey is completely dissolved.
- Add the chicken to this sauce, and gently toss until all the chicken pieces are evenly coated.
- Cover and refrigerate, 30 minutes to 1-hour max.
- Heat a well-oiled grill or griddle pan to medium-high heat.
- Cook the chicken for 2 to 3 minutes per side, or until the internal temp reads 165F.
- Transfer to a platter with the dip and vegetables of your choice.
Creamy Blue Cheese Dip
- Add all ingredients to a small bowl and whisk to combine.
