Ingredients
- 1 (4 oz) wedge Salemville Smokehaus Blue Cheese, crumbled
- 1/3 cup dried cherries, chopped
- 2 tablespoons panko breadcrumbs
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 10 large button mushrooms, stems removed
- 1-1/2 tablespoons thinly sliced fresh chives, for garnish
Directions
Preheat grill for direct grilling over medium-high heat. Meanwhile, in medium bowl, stir cheese, cherries, breadcrumbs and oil until well combined. Divide cheese mixture between mushroom caps, slightly overfilling each mushroom.
Transfer mushrooms to grill and cook 12 to 15 minutes or until mushrooms are tender and cheese is melted, rotating occasionally.
Transfer mushrooms to serving platter and sprinkle with chives. Serve immediately.
