Steak Flatbread
Main Ingredient: New York strip steak
Yield: 8 Steak Flatbreads
Ingredients
4 pieces of flat bread
2 cups of packed baby spinach
½ peeled and thinly sliced red onion
1 pound of thinly sliced New York strip steak
½ cup of Salemville® Crumbled Blue Cheese
½ cup of olive oil
¼ cup of balsamic glaze
salt and pepper to taste
Directions
Preheat the oven to 450°
Place the flat breads onto cookie sheet trays lined with parchment paper.
Layer onto each bread evenly with spinach, onions, sliced steak, blue cheese crumbles, olive oil, and salt, and pepper.
Bake in the oven for 5-8 minutes, remove and drizzle on balsamic glaze.
