Strawberry and Blue Cheese Salad with Toasted Almonds

Ingredients
1/3 cup Salemville® Blue Cheese crumbles
1 head of butter or Boston lettuce
1/2 cup of sliced fresh strawberries
1/3 cup of slivered toasted almonds
1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
1/4 cup white balsamic vinegar
Fresh cracked pepper and salt to taste
Directions
To make the dressing in a small bowl whisk together the oil, vinegar, salt & pepper.
In a large bowl assemble the salad by first adding the lettuce and half of the blue cheese and tossing it lightly with some of the dressing.
Top with berries, almonds & more blue cheese crumbles.
Serve with a cold glass of white wine, enjoy.
